Community Values

At The Event Group, providing support to charitable organizations is and always has been part of our DNA. Since our very inception, we take pride in the privilege of giving back to the communities in which we work and live. Our team annually supports charitable initiatives within the arts, health services, housing, education, mental health, and food security.

The Event Group’s main giving programs extend our service culture deeper into the community. We are proud to support our Canadian Veterans and honour the commitment and sacrifices they have made for Canada. The Event Group Veteran support charities are Homes For Heroes Foundation  and Canadian Legacy Project Both registered charities helping our Canadian Veterans successfully transition back to civilian life through the provision of housing, employment, education, mental health, and advocacy. 

The Event Group’s founder and CEO David Howard was awarded Queens Elizabeth ll’s Diamond Jubilee Medal and Queen Elizabeth ll’s Platinum Jubilee Medal for his advocacy and support of our Canadian Veterans.
